The client in Woodlinkin telephoned us with a chilling situation - she had just stepped outside to procure the mail and the front door locked behind her. However, what makes this a possible dreadful story was when she said "Help! I don't have my house keys and my baby is inside." It goes without saying that we flew over there and happily the road traffic wasn't too heavy. We managed to arrive inside 15 mins and had the door opened rapidly. We found out afterwards was that she branded her puppy "my baby".
